Confident mastery of controls and proper use of encoders are essential for optimal machining and measurement outcomes. To this end, HEIDENHAIN offers practical training courses for users and machine manufacturers, imparting expertise to participants in the operation, installation, initial setup, and servicing of many different products.

Training for commissioning and service technicians

For commissioning technicians and service personnel in general, we also offer technical training for machine adjustment and optimization, including, for example, control parameterization or PLC programming. This training can be tailored to the customer's needs and can be customized according to the customer's requirements.

Training for users of HEIDENHAIN TNC controls

For operators and users of the TNC control, we offer programming seminars in Klartext conversational language at various basic and advanced levels. With this training, the user will be able to learn how to program our controls efficiently, or even to deepen and extend the knowledge he already has.

Training seminars at FARRESA

At our facilities in Maia we offer, in a perfectly equipped room, several training seminars on HEIDENHAIN TNC numerical controls, given by our technical staff. These seminars cover training for end users as well as for machine commissioning and service technicians.
